How can we improve Bitcoin/Litecoin/Dogecoin Miner?

  1. the app used to have a mute audio feature, which is now broken. can you fix this ?

    the microsoft card ad seems to run in its own process , opens its own volume setting in my system volume mixer ..and does not respect the "mute" option of the app, which used to work fine . the music it plays "stutteringly" is very annoying . please re-enable silence .. or im uninstalling the app as its interferring with my work by not shutting up!!

    Bitcoin Miner 1.17.0.0 now has the option for balanced and maximum performance modes.

    In particular, Balanced mode will never use more than 60% of your CPU and often will use much less when it can optimize for the most profit for the least amount of work.

  7. Clarify unsubmitted shares

    Why do shares disappear when windows wants to ask if i want to let a program make changes on my computer? I nearly got to 1 and then the computer reset itself.

    Windows Phone 8.1 release is out! If you have Windows 8, Microsoft is offering a free upgrade to Windows Phone 8.1 (right now) and Windows 10 (July) which will let you run Bitcoin Miner.

    DirectCompute ShaderModel 5 offers several performance improvements over ShaderModel 4. Add ShaderModel 5 support to increase the mining rate of Bitcoin Miner.

    Bitcoin Miner release 4 is now live w/ Shader Model 5 support! Users with DirectX 11 capable systems should see a 10-15% performance boost over release 3. Thanks everyone for your support and feedback!

    Bitcoin Miner release 3 is now live w/ Windows RT support! We’ve also added NEON optimizations for the ARM CPU, and have getting around 2.5 MH/s out of the Microsoft Surface RT. Not bad!
