This feature would be very welcomed indeed. It will help reduce the fees for transferring BTC in some wallets i.e. exodus they moan about the small inputs the transaction size can be large hence the fee is very high. Allow the miner to set the payout threshold is a very good idea.

As long as your account is over the minimum, the entire balance should be paid at the time of payout.
