To use it with Windows 10 IoT it must, at least:
1. Be side-loadable: upload the .appx through the Device Portal. See https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/iot/docs/deviceportal.
2. Under that platform, use only the available APIS. See https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/uwp/extension-sdks/.It would be really great to have this running on our Pi!
