mining software error and pool page error 500
When I see the amount of extracted Bitcoin extracted, the server error 500 is displayed. Also, the extraction software remains in the state of the connection and does not begin to extract.
All systems back online as of 1:50 PST on 2019/07/14 with the exception of the Most Recent Shares list at http://www.groupfabric.com/pool which is being reindexed.
The system down again. not mining anything.
Hey @Alex. I just downloaded this from the Windows Store and it has been working fine. However, when I go to view my balance, I am still getting an error 500 page.
Is this a temporary thing? I just want to know before actually letting this software do its thing in the background.

Sorry about that - there was a hardware failure at our cloud hosting provider. As a precaution, our mining pool goes into "safe" mode things like this happen to ensure no data is lost. The only system that was affected was the Most Recent Shares report index used at https://www.groupfabric.com/pool/, which is currently being rebuilt. No user accounts or payouts were affected by this, and all mining systems are back online.
It was bad timing as it happened while everyone was asleep Saturday night, and then required us to work though Sunday morning to repair things.

It only happens on weekends, doesn't it? I'm betting failed HDD or PSU, hopefully not corrupting the DB, but you do have a backup, don't you?!
