Can you provide any hardware specs for the upcoming Android version?
Anxiously anticipating your new version! Can you provide any minimum and recommended specs for an Android phone to run the upcoming version of Bitcoin Miner? How much will # of cores and types of cores affect mining? What versions of Android will be supported? Any information, even theoretical, would be greatly appreciated!

Google doesn't allow on-device mining in Play Store apps, so the hardware specs initially won't matter as we'll likely back the Android version with our cloud miners. The most important thing will likely be supporting at least Android 9 or 10, as well as validating against Google SafetyNet (i.e. rooted devices will not work well as they generally are not considered secure environments by Google).
We'll look into older Android versions, but a lot will depend on Google SafetyNet validation support for a secure environment.
