@Andras Kovacs you must have a really old computer... i can get 3Kh/s on power saving mode with a crappy Atom z3735f @ 1.33Ghz on my HTPC.

Well it only pays cents on a week.... now you get 0.1 satoshis on difficult 1 to 10, but it pays. It used to pay 0.5 satoshis on difficult 1 a few months back :/
So no it's not a scam BUT there is no way this method is profitable if you are using your machine just to mine... the app will feed you lots of ads and you have to "tweak" the cores and priority affinity to get a balanced resources usage out of your machine and still be able to use it as a workstation. But because it still pays, and if you do want to use "spare resources" it is a nice idea... so far the only complaint is the lack of in app option to configure how much resources it uses.
Short answer: It pays so i don't see any scam BUT its not profitable as a standalone miner. An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commented
To crypto-cash:
1: noup .. tried everything i know.
2: Yes. i get about 5k to 6k a week BUT i have an HTPC running 24/7 plus when i'm on my workstation i have 3 VM's running with the app (it actually has a lot less impact on CPU usage this way for me)
3: no idea on how to help you...An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commented
I actually got better results in terms of system usability if i use "max performance" settings and select affinity to just one of the cores (on a hexa core system).
Before that, the App would use almost all of the system resources, that is why i think we need an option to "tweak" the GPu vs CPU usage... Even with GPU enable the App keeps using intensely the CPU and, i at least, found myself with a barely usable environment for anything else. Also the App randomly chooses to use half my GPU "power" and other times all of it (?) according to Open Hardware monitor, any thoughts on that?
Thank you.

Windows 7 is dying... get over it! If you want so much to use the app just start a VM and install Win10 on it...

Sorry hate to disagree with that one... The WinStore gives some level of security against Malware.

Best way (imho and after testing several setups) to maximize yield without sacrificing system performance is booting several VMs limited with 1 core... you get difficult 1 and 0.1 satoshi per share accepted but you actually get more yield overall because even @ 20 or above difficult it only pays 0.12 satoshis and hogs your system...
So if you have the RAM and the cores, boot several VM's limited to one core.
